Key Responsibilities:
Support development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
Assist with control framework management (mapping, alignment, consolidation)
Contribute to metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting on program effectiveness
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate governance requirements
Assist in translating policy into actionable procedures for end users
Provide training and support to team members on security best practices.
Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in security analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management solutions.
Knowledge of networking protocols and systems security concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.
