What you'll be doing:
- Monitor and analyze security and infrastructure events and alerts
- Investigate and manage incidents within a L2 SOC environment
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution follow-up
- Support Linux-based environments and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Work with Kubernetes environments to support containerized applications and services
- Use Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, correlation, and incident investigation
- Escalate critical incidents when necessary and coordinate with technical teams
- Contribute to operational documentation and continuous improvement processes
You'll be a great match if you have:
- Professional experience in SOC L2 / Incident Management environments
- Hands-on experience with Splunk
- Good knowledge of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting
- Experience working with Kubernetes environments
- Understanding of incident response and monitoring processes
- Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and infrastructure monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent English
