Cybersecurity Technical Program Manager

Description -

We are seeking a highly qualified professional for the role of cybersecurity technical program manager. This position requires a candidate with extensive cyber security expertise combined with strong program management skills. The position will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet country-specific cyber security regulatory requirements, managing externally reported vulnerabilities, and coordinating the integration of advanced security tooling into our development processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with product marketing to identify affected products sold in-country, interpret applicable regulations, and ensure all products meet required standards.
  • Vulnerability Management: Oversee and triage vulnerabilities reported by external researchers and customers. Coordinate remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution and maintain product security.
  • Program Management: Lead initiatives related to cyber security across the organization, including cross-functional coordination between engineering, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Tool Integration: Manage and coordinate the integration of advanced security tools into the build pipeline for printers. Monitor issues detected by the tool and drive their resolution.
  • Issue Tracking: Monitor, report, and ensure closure of all security issues identified through internal and external sources, maintaining high standards of accountability and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience as a program manager in a technology or product-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of global cyber security regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., country-specific regulations).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Proficiency in issue tracking and project management tools.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in cyber security roles, with a proven track record of managing vulnerabilities and compliance programs.
  • Experience working with hardware products, preferably printers or similar embedded devices.
  • Prior engagement with product marketing and regulatory affairs teams.
  • Ability to interpret and translate regulatory language into actionable product requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Certifications

  • Program Management Professional
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
