Frankenburg Technologies Group

Tallinn, Harju, EE (Hybrid)1 open job

European defence technology company founded in 2024, headquartered in Tallinn, developing affordable guided interceptors for counter-UAS and a distributed manufacturing model to produce them at scale.

Frankenburg Technologies Group is building for a threat model that looks less like a single expensive missile and more like a swarm of cheap drones arriving faster than a stockpile can absorb. The European defence technology company, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, develops affordable, mass-manufacturable guided missile systems - and, deliberately, the manufacturing and supply-chain capabilities to produce them at scale. Its stated product is as much the production line as the interceptor.

The Mark I interceptor is a compact guided missile designed for close-range defence against unmanned aerial systems and drone swarms. Alongside it sits the FieldFoundry manufacturing model: a distributed approach to building interceptors close to allied customers, covering factories, supply chains, standardized workflows and the production capacity needed for replenishment at scale. The technical domains run across guided missile systems, counter-UAS and drone swarm defence, advanced manufacturing and mass production, supply chain design and standardization, and industrial scaling - the work of making a weapon system repeatable rather than bespoke.

Frankenburg operates in six countries - the United Kingdom, Latvia, Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Denmark - and describes its three values as "Own the Mission," "Strive For More," and "Build With Trust." The stated operating posture is direct: prioritize impact over nice-to-have work, address problems immediately, maintain momentum under imperfect conditions, question established practices, and take responsibility for outcomes. It is pitched at engineers, operators and builders who want hands-on work with direct strategic consequence.
