The threat model is concrete: notarial files sit at the intersection of property transactions, inheritance, corporate law, and identity data, and the systems handling them are used by notary offices, public institutions, and citizens alike. Information security and secure infrastructure are named technical domains alongside ICT platform development and operations.

Its ICT division builds and operates the platforms itself rather than buying them off the shelf.
