About

We're a European performance specialist that's been helping organizations optimize their financial, operational, and sustainable results since 2001. What started as a focused procurement consultancy has grown into a 5,000-strong team operating in over 40 countries, with 600M in net revenue. We work with everyone from startups to 38 CAC40 companies, bringing practical solutions in purchasing performance, innovation financing, and energy transition.

The way we work matters as much as what we deliver. We've built a unique shared governance model where the entrepreneurs who founded the companies we've acquired stay involved, keeping that entrepreneurial DNA alive. It's probably why we've been recognized as a Great Place to Work since 2019. Beyond the business, we launched the EPSA Foundation in 2019 because we believe companies should contribute to the broader social good. With our EPSA Mobility program, our people can develop their careers across our international presence - whether in France or abroad.

Sia

In 1999, Matthieu Courtecuisse founded Sia with a vision that would redefine management consulting for the digital age. While traditional consulting firms were built on legacy models, Sia was 'born digital' - a deliberate choice to create a new kind of consulting group that could help organizations navigate unprecedented technological change. From its origins in France, the company recognized early on that the digital revolution would require more than just strategy; it would demand a fundamental rethinking of how businesses transform. Over the past two decades, Sia has evolved into a global force with 3,000 consultants across 48 offices in 19 countries, pioneering what they call 'Consulting 4.0' - an approach that augments traditional consulting with data science, creativity, and artificial intelligence. Today, Sia's mission has crystallized around being 'optimists for change,' reflecting their core belief that successful transformation requires both technical expertise and a fundamentally positive outlook on what businesses can achieve. The firm's comprehensive ecosystem includes strategy and management consulting, AI solutions through Heka, experience design via SiaXperience, specialized life sciences consulting through Sia/LBG, and leadership coaching through Uside. Their 'Consulting for Good' initiative demonstrates a commitment to being purpose-driven, integrating corporate social responsibility across climate, social responsibility, and ethics. With approximately 1,000 blue-chip and big tech clients, Sia continues to prove that a consultancy born in the digital era can deliver superior value while helping clients not just navigate change, but benefit from it.

NHA

NHA operates the largest allied health certification infrastructure in the United States, having processed over 1.25 million professional certifications since 1989. The organization develops and administers nationally accredited examinations across eight clinical and administrative healthcare professions - medical assistant, phlebotomy technician, pharmacy technician, billing and coding specialist, and others serving the operational backbone of U.S. healthcare delivery. The threat model here is competency verification at scale: ensuring that allied health workers meet standardized benchmarks before they enter high-stakes clinical and administrative environments where errors compound quickly. The technical work centers on psychometrics and assessment design - building exam instruments that reliably measure competency across diverse candidate populations and evolving healthcare practices. NHA's exam development process involves item analysis, reliability testing, and ongoing validity studies to maintain accreditation standards and defend against legal or professional challenges. Preparation materials and learning solutions are built around these assessments, creating a closed-loop system where training content directly maps to certification requirements. NHA functions as a subsidiary of Assessment Technologies Institute, LLC, positioning it within a broader educational technology and workforce development operation. The organization partners with educational institutions and healthcare employers to embed certification pathways into training programs, effectively controlling both sides of the credentialing equation. Geographic presence is U.S.-focused, reflecting the domestic scope of allied health workforce regulation and the state-specific requirements that shape healthcare staffing pipelines.

HB

HSA Bank

HSA Bank manages tax-advantaged benefit accounts for 3 million individuals and 30,000 employers across the United States. Founded in 1997 as a medical savings account provider, the company added HSAs in 2004 and now operates digital platforms that handle benefits lifecycle management and personalization at scale. The threat model: securing financial and health data for millions of account holders while maintaining compliance across a regulated financial services environment that touches payroll systems, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. The technical stack centers on data analytics and personalized digital experiences - systems that ingest, process, and protect sensitive PII and PHI across the benefits enrollment and administration lifecycle. With 6,500 agents, brokers, and consultants accessing platform tools, the attack surface spans partner integrations, API endpoints, and client-facing portals. The security team operates in a domain where a breach doesn't just mean stolen credentials; it means compromised health records, financial accounts, and compliance violations under HIPAA and financial regulations. The scale creates specific challenges: maintaining data integrity across millions of accounts, securing integrations with employer payroll systems, and monitoring access patterns across a distributed partner network. This is financial services security with healthcare compliance layered on top - two regulatory frameworks, one platform, and the operational demand to keep benefits administration running without interruption.
