Concorde Career Colleges, Inc.

About

We've been preparing people for healthcare careers since 1968, operating 17 campuses across eight states under the Concorde Career College and Concorde Career Institute names. As the healthcare division of Universal Technical Institute, Inc., our focus is straightforward: we train students for real jobs in dental hygiene, nursing, respiratory therapy, medical assisting, and other healthcare fields. Our students combine online coursework with hands-on labs and clinical experiences, giving them practical skills that actually translate to the workplace.

We've prepared thousands of students for careers in healthcare over our 65+ year history. What makes us different is that everything centers on the student experience - from before enrollment through graduation and beyond. We offer 25 programs across nursing, dental, diagnostic, patient care, and allied health, all designed to get students ready for actual employment. Our team of instructors and staff work to support students every step of the way, because we know that learning healthcare skills requires more than just textbooks - it requires hands-on practice, real-world clinical experience, and people who actually care about your success.

Horry-Georgetown Technical College

Horry-Georgetown Technical College is a public two-year institution established in 1966 in South Carolina, serving thousands of students annually across campuses in Myrtle Beach, Conway, and Georgetown. The college offers more than 80 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs designed for direct workforce entry or university transfer, with tuition priced at less than half the cost of four-year public colleges in the state. What started with 130 full-time students has evolved into a regional technical education hub addressing local employer needs through both credit and noncredit pathways. The institution's technical domains span Advanced Welding, Machine Tool Technology, Nursing, and Business programs, alongside customized workforce development training delivered directly to area employers. This dual focus positions the college as both a credentialing body and a workforce pipeline for manufacturers, healthcare systems, and professional services firms operating in South Carolina's coastal counties. The college maintains dedicated career services infrastructure including placement assistance and free tutoring to support completion and employment outcomes. Beyond traditional technical and vocational programs, Horry-Georgetown operates continuing education courses for professionals maintaining certifications and advancing careers. The college's operational model emphasizes accessible delivery through flexible class scheduling across its three-campus footprint, directly addressing the practical constraints of working adult learners and recent high school graduates seeking alternatives to four-year degree paths. Faculty and student support services are structured around job preparation as the primary success metric, reflecting the institution's core mission of economic mobility through technical education.

Dine Development Corporation

Diné Development Corporation is a Navajo Nation-owned federal contractor operating nine subsidiaries across IT, engineering, and professional services. Founded in 2004, the company employs 700+ staff delivering solutions to over 250 federal agencies, tribal governments, and commercial clients - spanning defense, intelligence, homeland security, and healthcare sectors. DDC has returned more than $4 million in dividends and $11 million in philanthropic contributions to the Navajo Nation since inception. The technical footprint includes Oracle and PL/SQL database operations, z/OS mainframe systems, and containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes. DevSecOps tooling runs on GitLab pipelines with SonarQube for code analysis, while infrastructure-as-code deployments use Terraform and Ansible. Federal contracts mean navigating clearance requirements, compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and NIST 800-53, and cross-domain environments where air-gapped networks and strict access controls are standard. The threat model centers on nation-state adversaries targeting federal systems and the supply chain risks inherent in contractor relationships with defense and intelligence customers. Security teams operate within federal acquisition regulations and tribal sovereignty frameworks simultaneously - a jurisdictional complexity that shapes incident response, data handling, and personnel vetting processes distinct from typical commercial contractors.
