We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity initiatives within a large-scale manufacturing environment. This position will support a broader cybersecurity transformation program and be responsible for managing projects focused on either Backup & Recovery or Network Segmentation across manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate is a strong project leader who can effectively partner with cybersecurity teams, manufacturing operations, infrastructure teams, and senior site leadership to successfully deliver complex cybersecurity initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation through implementation and operational handoff.
  • Develop and manage project charters, schedules, resource plans, budgets, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
  • Drive project governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Networking, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Monitor project dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Partner with manufacturing site leadership to support deployment planning, organizational readiness, and change management efforts.
  • Align project outcomes with broader enterprise cybersecurity objectives and standards.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex technology programs.
  • Experience managing cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, or OT-focused initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, supply chain, industrial, or Operational Technology (OT) experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity programs or initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and security governance practices.
  • PMP certification preferred.

For Backup & Recovery Projects

Experience leading initiatives involving:

  • Backup and recovery solutions
  • Disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Business continuity programs
  • Infrastructure resilience and recovery capabilities

For Network Segmentation Projects

Experience leading initiatives involving:

  • Network segmentation deployments
  • Network security and infrastructure modernization
  • Cybersecurity architecture implementation
  • Manufacturing or industrial network environments

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a highly organized, executive-facing project manager with experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Experience working within manufacturing or OT environments is highly desirable. Candidates with direct experience leading Backup & Recovery or Network Segmentation projects will be strongly preferred.
