Blychem Ltd is a Mauritian chemical supplier and distributor, part of the IBL Group, serving agriculture, industrial hygiene, irrigation, pool care, and water treatment through 10 outlets across the island.
Blychem Ltd supplies chemicals and related equipment across the Mauritian market, headquartered in Riche Terre with 10 outlets distributed throughout the island and more than 40 years in the field. It is a member of the IBL Group, one of the larger diversified groups in the Indian Ocean region. The operational surface is physical and spread out: a warehouse-and-branch network handling agricultural chemicals, industrial cleaning and hygiene products, pool chemicals, irrigation equipment, and industrial water treatment chemistry - hazardous-materials logistics, supplier systems, and customer data running across multiple sites.
The company organizes around five areas of expertise: crop protection, industrial hygiene and cleaning, irrigation systems and equipment, pool chemicals and maintenance, and industrial water treatment, alongside general chemical distribution and technical support. It carries products from Corteva, DuPont, and Ecolab, and provides after-sales service to commercial and industrial customers - agricultural operators, facility and hygiene buyers, pool care clients, and water treatment users.
Scale is local but real: ten retail and distribution points, an installed base across several regulated verticals, and a supplier portfolio tied to global brands. The stated operating priorities are safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with products tailored to specific client needs. Security work here would sit on top of that footprint - multi-site connectivity, distribution and inventory systems, industrial customer relationships, and the compliance expectations that come with handling crop protection and water treatment chemistry.
