Practitioner-led Oracle consulting firm founded in 2020, guiding public-sector and enterprise clients in Canada and the US through Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite transformations, managed services, testing and staffing.
Arcturus Consulting Services is a practitioner-led Oracle consulting firm, founded in 2020, that works with public-sector and enterprise clients in Canada and the United States. Its subject matter is specific and unfashionable: Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM and HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite, and the long road from roadmap to implementation to steady-state support. The client base skews toward environments where data integrity is not an abstraction - municipal and county government, utilities, government agencies, manufacturing, distribution, and other regulated industries.
The firm's work spans the full delivery arc rather than a single niche. Named offerings include Oracle Cloud Consulting and Oracle E-Business Suite Consulting for implementations and transformations, Application Managed Services for ongoing operations, Testing as a Service and Demo as a Service in support of Oracle rollouts, and Oracle Redwood migration services for moving applications onto the Redwood user experience. Recruitment and staff augmentation round out the portfolio. The team cites more than 20 years of collective Oracle experience.
How it operates is described in a four-stage delivery journey - understand, navigate, transform, impact - with an stated emphasis on measurable outcomes: faster processes, cleaner data, and client capability that persists after the engagement ends. Leadership covers operations, Oracle SCM and Oracle Finance; founder and CEO Ekansh Jain remains directly involved in Oracle Cloud delivery. The name is a navigation reference to the star Arcturus, which the firm ties to a working stance of clarity, direction and discovery.
