About

We're an IT and Engineering consulting company that believes tech has no boundaries - neither do we. What started as a three-person team in Australia back in 2004 has grown into a diverse family of 70 amazing people spread across Stockholm and Bengaluru. We rebranded from Soltia to Aqilea in June 2024, but our DNA remains the same: we love technology, design, and quality, and we're passionate about bringing together talented folks from all over the world to solve real problems for our clients.

Our journey has taken us from a light bulb moment at an Australian university to becoming a DI Gasell-nominated company (four years running!) with ISO certifications to prove we take quality seriously. But honestly, we're most proud of our culture - the kind where 15 different nationalities work side by side, sharing knowledge and genuinely enjoying the ride. Balance isn't just a buzzword for us; it's how we operate. Whether you're a consultant, partner, or client, you'll find us approachable, innovative, and always ready to think beyond the usual.

ALJE

In 1945, the late Sheikh Abdul Latif Jameel founded what would become one of Saudi Arabia's most storied business enterprises in Jeddah. From these modest beginnings as a small trading operation, the company caught a transformational wind in 1955 when Mr. Jameel was appointed as Toyota's distributor in Saudi Arabia, starting with just four Toyota vehicles. This pivotal moment established the foundation for what would grow into the largest vehicle distribution network in the Kingdom and set the company on a path of continuous evolution. Over eight decades, Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises has grown from a family-owned automotive distributor into a powerful partner for businesses across the Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye. Guided by the founder's favorite proverb - 'If a wind blows, ride it!' - the company has strategically diversified beyond transportation into sectors that form the infrastructure of life: healthcare, energy, real estate, financial services, engineering and manufacturing, and consumer products. Today, with over 1,200 skilled professionals and operations spanning 34 countries, Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises leverages deep regional expertise and long-established relationships to unlock opportunities for partners seeking to do business in the MENAT region.

InMobi

In 2007, our founders started with a simple observation: the world was going mobile, but the advertising and discovery experiences weren't keeping pace. They began as mKhoj, an SMS-based search service, but soon realized the real opportunity lay in transforming how brands and consumers connect on mobile devices. This insight sparked a journey that would reshape the mobile advertising landscape and eventually lead to creating the first lock screen content platform, Glance. Over seventeen years, that initial spark has evolved into InMobi, a GenAI-powered platform that touches over 2 billion people across 150+ countries. We didn't just build a mobile advertising platform; we pioneered a new approach to consumer discovery and commerce. Our advertising platform powers growth for the world's leading brands by turning real-time context into business outcomes, all grounded in privacy-first principles. Through Glance and our consumer brands, we're redefining how people interact with their devices - turning every screen into a gateway for discovery and shopping. InMobians around the world continue this mission, developing technologies that positively impact people, businesses, and societies.

Happii AS

Happii AS is a Norwegian recruitment and employer branding firm operating out of Oslo with a team of 2-10 employees. The company specializes in connecting organizations with leadership and specialist talent, with particular depth in IT recruitment. Their client roster includes technology companies like Goodtech and Gyldendal, as well as security-sector organizations such as Sector Alarm, positioning them across multiple industry verticals where technical hiring demands are acute. The firm's approach centers on audiovisual and content-driven recruitment methods rather than traditional job board postings. Their service architecture includes job podcasts, video production for employer brand development, and what they term "smart job advertisements" - formats designed to be visible, brand-building, and trust-establishing. These capabilities sit alongside core offerings in executive search, strategic consulting, and research services that inform both recruitment campaigns and longer-term employer positioning work. Happii structures its engagements as customized recruitment solutions tailored to specific client industries and organizational contexts. Their methodology emphasizes cultural fit evaluation alongside technical competence assessment, framing the hiring process as a value-creation exercise rather than a transactional fill. For organizations in technology and security sectors looking to build employer brands while filling specialized roles, Happii offers a content marketing-integrated alternative to conventional recruitment firms, with services spanning from initial research through final candidate placement.

Alnafitha IT

Alnafitha IT has been delivering enterprise IT services across Saudi Arabia since 1993, accumulating over 3,000 projects in its three-decade operating history. The company positions itself around four core technical domains: cloud computing and migration, cybersecurity, data analytics, and modern workplace solutions. As a Microsoft and ManageEngine partner, Alnafitha IT works with enterprises throughout the Kingdom navigating digital transformation initiatives. The company's approach centers on what it describes as straightforward delivery - combining established technology platforms with localized expertise rather than pursuing checkbox compliance exercises. For cybersecurity practitioners, this translates to work involving threat models specific to Saudi enterprise environments, where understanding regional regulatory requirements and operational contexts matters as much as technical implementation. The firm's emphasis on data-driven operations and analytics integration suggests security architecture work intersects with broader infrastructure modernization efforts. Under CEO Ibrahim Agha's leadership, Alnafitha IT maintains its headquarters in Saudi Arabia with a client base concentrated in Kingdom enterprises. The company's longevity in the market - spanning from the early days of enterprise IT through today's cloud-native architectures - indicates experience with both legacy system integration challenges and modern security tooling. For professionals evaluating opportunities, the scale metrics point to consistent project delivery rather than rapid expansion, suggesting established client relationships and recurring engagements across the Saudi enterprise sector.
