About the role
In this role, you will help drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ANDRITZ’s global OT Cyber Security Management System (CSMS). You will focus on cybersecurity governance, policies, awareness, incident response, and supporting business areas in meeting OT cybersecurity requirements.
You will work across the organization to connect cybersecurity strategy with practical implementation, coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, and promote a strong cybersecurity culture across ANDRITZ.
What you'll do
Develop and run the global OT cybersecurity program
Develop policies, guidelines and processes; coordinate reviews; deliver training and awareness; drive continuous improvement.
Drive OT CSMS implementation across business areas
Support implementation; coordinate business and Group functions; monitor KPIs and progress; coordinate audits.
Manage OT cybersecurity incidents and vulnerability publishing
Coordinate incident reporting and response; manage CVEs, security advisories and security updates.
Collaborate as part of the global cybersecurity team
Work with internal and external stakeholders; support team members and global cybersecurity initiatives.
What you bring
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree with a focus on management is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in management, team leadership, or a similar coordination role, with 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
Good understanding of OT cybersecurity risks, standards, and regulations, such as IEC 62443, NIST, EU NIS2, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across different teams and organizations.
Experience with product development and cybersecurity processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with training, awareness, documentation, and change management.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement, ownership, and driving change.
Experience in OT, automation, engineering, or manufacturing is an advantage.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role.
